The gyms will be crowded and more intimidating than ever after the new year. Go now while everyone is busy getting ready for the holidays. Start early! Let’s be honest you’ll be drinking wine and eating treats at holiday parties soon anyways. We can all use a little extra gym time regardless of the season. We find that working out together holds us accountable and just makes a sweat sesh a lot more fun.
