These Resource Girls are on day seventeen of our twenty-seven day cleanse, but who's counting?
We can say our pants are a little looser, our hearts a little lighter and our skin just a little bit brighter. We've cleaned up our diets, gotten back on our shake game and are working out a minimum of three days each week. We've also been focusing on listening to our bodies more and trying to do what it's telling us whether that be sleep, run, yoga, eat some more vegetables or dance the stress of our day away.
It's so easy to get in a fitness rut! I'm sure you can all agree.
We've linked some of our past workouts in case you're needing a little extra motivation or want to try something new. Just click on the picture for the full workout.
Happy sweating and remember you're not alone!
Never know what to do when you get to the gym?
Save the image to the left straight to your phone and get to sweatin' on the treadmill.
If you have twenty minutes and iTunes you can have this workout done in no time!
We were super excited to have our resistance band workout
"All In A Day's Work"
featured originally on The Body Book Blog but then again over at
The Chalkboard Mag.
The office struggle is real and sometimes it's impossible to make it to the gym, we get it!
No excuse not to sweat though. Keep a resistance band in your desk drawer for when you have a couple minutes between conference calls and emails.
We promise your day just got a little more interesting!
We did a fifteen minute leg blaster over at Chelsey Rose Health that is still leaving us sore to this day!
