I am part of the most awesome virtual health and wellness community. It's all things fitness, nutrition and mindset. If you are needing a little extra motivation then search for the Strong Confident Living group on Facebook. It's an open group so the more the merrier! There are always awesome recipes, tips and all the latest and greatest nutrition info being posted in the group. This is how I first discovered Marietta's Veggie Drizzle. My friend, Jillian, shared it with me and the group and I immediately knew a future blog post was in the works.
Being vegetarian I'm always looking for ways to take my veggies up a notch. No, the steak pictured was not for me. I do have to say I made the veggies that are pictured for a family BBQ and there were no leftovers! This stuff is fool proof. Simply make your veggies however you normally would and add this amazing finishing sauce at the end. I love to wrap my veggies in foil and grill them, sauté them on the stove in a little coconut oil or roast them in the oven. Then get your drizzle on and you're good to go.
I will say I had a hard time finding the Veggie Drizzle when I was at the grocery store. I thought it would be by the dressings and marinades but it's actually in the fresh produce section in the cooler area where you would normally find hummus and pre-packaged veggies. I chose garlic and parmesan but there are three other flavors too - honey balsamic, lemon basil and Thai chili. This is the quickest way to get any veggie hater asking for seconds.

That's it! Now you have a lot more time for relaxing and sunbathing and less time in the kitchen. Because lets be honest when the weather is this good the only place we want to be is outside!
